My Feet’s Tale Walking Out and Walking In
The Story of the Feet is the culmination of my journey of walking out of the past and walking into my true self. It’s about shedding the hurt and destruction that once weighed me down and finding the strength to pick myself up, transform, and rediscover the gifts that had been abandoned long ago.
This collection is a testimony to ZEKARTE and the emergence of Lola Lis- ‘Lis,’ meaning Fox, a powerful symbol of spiritual guidance, adaptability, and inner wisdom.
In this collection, I have finally found myself. It is a deeply emotional expression of the power within, the purest form of being that encourages you to go against the odds, remain kind and loving despite the hurt, and embrace your true self.
Through these paintings, I hope to inspire others to find their path, walk through their pain, and emerge stronger and purer on the other side.
